Policies
At Integrated Med Spa our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice on all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the late cancellation fee for the service type you were booked for. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full price of the fee for your service type.
Massage and Aesthetics Appointments
- Late Cancellation- Half the amount of the scheduled service
- Any Facial, Lash/Brow Service, Waxing, Dermaplaning - Late Cancel Half the amount of the scheduled service
- No Show - Full amount of the scheduled service

Once a client has a no show and/or late canceled 3 times, the client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking an appointment. This prepaid amount is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If the appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at IMS.
We respect our Providers’ time as they are frequently booked weeks to months ahead.
Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those times in their schedule. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This allows the IMS team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

Children Policy
Here at Integrated Med Spa, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.
