We offer Xeomin neurotoxin injections, a Botox alternative, dermal fillers, bioidentical hormone therapy, therapeutic massage, laser treatments including BBL and MOXI, laser hair removal, facials and skin treatments, and medically supervised weight loss support at our Bountiful, Utah office. Everything runs out of one location at 458 N 500 W, so your skin, hormone and bodywork care stays in one place.

We are at 458 N 500 W in Bountiful, Utah, and we see clients from Bountiful, Centerville, Farmington, North Salt Lake and Woods Cross. We are a short drive from I-15 and US-89, and most neighboring cities reach us in about ten minutes.
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
For most skin and injectable services you can book directly. Hormone therapy and weight loss begin with a consultation so we can review your history, order labs where appropriate, and build a plan around your goals rather than a package.
Are you a medical spa or a day spa?
We are a medical spa, not a day spa. Injectables, hormone therapy and medical-grade lasers are provided under medical oversight, and we also offer massage and skin care. That combination is why many clients handle several needs in one visit instead of driving to three places.
